Logistics always carries a trade-off between speed and cost: more warehouses mean faster delivery but higher fixed cost.

Network design

How many warehouses to run, where to place them, and which region each serves — these questions have to be answered together.

Our network design work makes the trade-off visible. As facility count rises, facility and inventory cost go up, transport cost comes down, supply chain response time shortens. Where those curves cross is not an intuition but a calculated decision.

Operational decisions

Route planning. Which vehicle visits where in which order, under time window and capacity constraints.

In-warehouse optimization. Layout and picking routes — shortening the distance walked to assemble an order.

Transport mode selection. The cost–time balance between road, sea and rail, accounting for port capacity, demurrage and detention rules.

Returns and packing. How returned products are placed into which box, under volume and weight constraints.

When it meets production

Logistics decisions are usually a consequence of production and sales decisions. That is why we do not build network design on its own but alongside production planning: which facility serves which market depends on both production capacity and transport cost.
